Complementary Solutions

Our Complementary Solutions encompass a large variety of products and technologies with specific added value and functionalities, which enhance and optimize the needs of the MICROS Stadium and Arena customer.  These solutions were developed to assist our customers with their very busy and fast paced environments and ease operations as well as increase efficiencies. 

  • MICROS Digital Menu and Marketing System (DMMS) - allows fans to view menu items, specials, promotions, and advertisements on a visually rich display board, permitting quick order placement and the chance for upselling. 
  • Mobile MICROS - improves speed of service, order accuracy, and allows customers to stay in their seats to avoid waiting in line for food and beverage items.  

    MICROS also integrates to many third party applications allowing for fan conveniences such as loaded ticket functionality, where fans can preload their season tickets with monetary values that can then be used at the MICROS POS system.
