The MICROS Integration Support and Certification Program has been designed to assist qualified third-party developers with integrating to MICROS products using standard APIs, methods and tools. The MICROS Integration Support and Certification Program includes documentation, software, product training and application support as well as on-going software updates.
In addition, the MICROS Integration Support and Certification Program allows third-party vendors to have their integration applications certified by MICROS. Successful completion of the Partner Certification process entitles the third-party to be listed in the MICROS Certified Partner Directory and certain other benefits. Program membership renewal is required on an annual basis. Recertification of previously certified integration applications is required upon any major software change to either the third-party integration application or the MICROS application on which the integration has been previously certified.
The MICROS Integration Support and Certification Program costs can vary, ranging from $15,000 and higher, based upon the type and scope of integration.
