To begin the certification process for integration to the OPERA Enterprise Solution, we ask that you complete the attached form. We will then arrange an introduction call with the appropriate product specialist.

Note that a Non-Disclosure Agreement, Partnership Agreement and pilot site are required before any certification work can commence. Lead time will vary between interfaces but can be anywhere from 6 to 8 weeks from receipt of requirement documentation. Certification is performed against the current released version only and fees vary depending upon the type of interface that is certified.

Certification fees begin at $12,500 for 5 days of certification with each additional day at the rate of $2000 per day. The number of days required for certification is at the sole discretion of MICROS. Full payment is due prior to certification commencing.
