This site contains the MICROS POS Maintenance Services Terms and Conditions referenced within, and applicable to, the Customer's Services Proposal. The version applicable to the service proposal is the one in effect as of the proposal issue date. The issue date can be found at the upper right corner of the service proposal. Upon completion of a review by Customer, the Customer must sign the Services Proposal and mail or fax it to the MICROS contact shown on the face of the Proposal. MICROS Headquarters are located at:

If corrections are required to hardware quantities, levels of support, addresses, etc., prior to the Customer's approval/return of the Proposal, the Customer should call the MICROS contact shown on the Proposal for assistance.

Upon receipt of the executed Services Proposal, MICROS will convert the Proposal to a Contract and will then submit an invoice to the Customer. The invoice payment is due in the advance of the start date of the service period.
