Building upon several years of proven transaction reliability and a longstanding relationship with Planet Payment, the MICROS Payment Gateway (MPG) version 5.0 is now enhanced with additional features to bring an innovative secure transaction processing solution to MICROS OPERA customers. Planet Payment will host the MPG server in Planet Payment data centers and provide payment processing and acquiring services, providing a turn-key solution for MICROS customers that includes transaction encryption, tokenization, EMV and Interac. The joint MPG solution also enables “Pay in your Currency”, Planet Payments Dynamic Currency for the hospitality industry.
