MICROS's Customer Care team delivers an array of support services to meet our clients' requirements and offer them an optimal customer experience. Anchored by a first-rate 24/7/365 help desk network, other services including system installation, on-site training, and hardware/software maintenance are offered by the Customer Care team. Often recognized as the face and voice of MICROS, Customer Care plays a vital role in our reputation as a world-class technology provider. MICROS has four first-class customer support centers in Columbia, MD, Neuss, Germany, Singapore, and Argentina.
