Q: I am a current MICROS employee. How do I apply?
A: All current employees must use the Employee Career Center located on the first page of internal company Intranet page.

Q: How do I submit my resume?
A: you have 2 options; first you can upload you resume by browsing to the file on you computer and selecting it, then just hit “upload”. The second option is just to copy and paste it into the text window.

Q: What happens to my resume once I submit it?
A: As soon as you submit your resume online, your information is entered into our resume database, and you will receive an automated e-mail confirming receipt of your resume. Your resume will be reviewed by our recruiting team and forwarded to the appropriate hiring manager. If your qualifications are a good preliminary match to an open position, one of our staff will contact you for additional information and if appropriate, to set up an interview. If you are not contacted by an employee of, MICROS your information will remain active in our database for one year

Q: Once I have submitted my resume, do I contact you or do I wait for you to contact me?
A: Our staff makes every effort to contact qualified applicants immediately. Due to time constraints and the volume of resumes submitted, we are unable to contact every candidate. Response time will vary anywhere from one day, to one month, to possibly never, depending on how your qualifications fit our need in comparison to those of other applicants, and whether or not the position has been filled. We hope you understand that as much as we would like to personally contact each of the tens of thousands of candidates who apply each month, we are limited by time and must prioritize our responses.

Q: Once I apply how long will it take to hear something?
A: Once you have submitted your profile to a job you should receive an automated confirmation email immediately. This verifies your resume has been sent to the hiring manger. If you do don’t receive the email please check your email spam filter.

Q: After the hiring manger has the resume what should I expect next?
A: You can check on the status of your candidacy at any timer by looking at your profile online. Next to each job there is a status explain where you are in the process.
